If, at time of purchase, the shoes contain removable inserts supplied by the manufacturer,
the company assures that, when verifying shoe performance, the shoes were tested with the removable footbeds in place. Should it become
necessary to replace the removable footbeds, a similar one supplied by the manufacturer should be used. If, at time of purchase, the
shoes do not contain removable footbeds, the company assures that, when verifying shoe performance, the shoes were tested without the
removable footbeds. If a removable footbed other than that originally provided by the manufacturer is used, the electrical properties of the
shoe/removable footbed combination should be checked.
