If, at time of purchase, the shoes do not contain removable footbeds, the company assures that, when verifying shoe performance, the shoes were tested without the removable footbeds. If a removable footbed other than that originally provided by the manufacturer is used, the electrical properties of the shoe/removable footbed combination should be checked.
