I have received a damaged product, can I replace it?

If one or more products received are incorrect or damaged, you can exchange the products at no additional cost. To do this, you must follow the procedure on this page ( orders-returns ), attaching photographic evidence to show the damaged/incorrect item. The photos must show:
  1. item label
  2. product in full
  3. detail of the damaged and/or affected area
  4. In case of damaged packaging, please include the photo of the condition of the box when the package was received
Upon receiving the return/replacement request, Sparco will send the instructions for returning the goods. Once the goods have been received and the defect ascertained, Sparco will replace the item(s) at no additional cost.
If the product is no longer available for delivery, all costs incurred will be reimbursed.
NOTE: should the box or packaging of the ordered products be clearly damaged, the Buyer is invited to refuse delivery from the courier or accept delivery "with reservation".
