Is it possible to return a purchased item?

The customer has the right to withdraw from any order of Sparco products, with the exception of customised products, without giving any reason and within 14 days of receipt of the goods. The date on the invoice accompanying the delivery is full proof of receipt.
Returned products must be returned intact, complete with all their elements and accessories, accompanied by the attached instructions, the original packs and packaging and the certificate of guarantee, if any.

Following withdrawal from an order, Sparco will refund the payments made, excluding shipping costs and customs duties (if any).
Refunds will be made using the same means of payment as the initial transaction, unless otherwise requested.
The Buyer pays the shipping costs relating to the return of the goods.
