My voucher isn’t working, why?

Your voucher code may not be working for the following reasons:

  1. the voucher has already been redeemed and is no longer valid.
  2. the voucher was issued to a specific customer account.
  3. the voucher is conditional to a minimum and/or maximum value of the order.
  4. the voucher is not applicable on all items.
