My voucher isn’t working, why?
Your voucher code may not be working for the following reasons:
- the voucher has already been redeemed and is no longer valid.
- the voucher was issued to a specific customer account.
- the voucher is conditional to a minimum and/or maximum value of the order.
- the voucher is not applicable on all items.
