Please remember that the shipping times we cannot change or reduce are:
- STANDARD SHIPPING: 3 (three) working days from the date of payment of the order.
- SHIPPING OF CUSTOMISED PRODUCTS (using our 3D CONFIGURATOR): 5 (five) - 9 (nine) working weeks from the approval of the sketch/layout.

As soon as your package is delivered to the courier, you will see the tracking number in the order form. You will also receive an e-mail that confirms the order has been despatched, with tracking details.
