Of course, an e-mail confirming receipt of the returned item will be sent as soon as the package is received by our main office.

Please note that the receipt of the e-mail does not involve an automatic issue of the refund. We reserve the right to verify the product is in good condition.

Any refund will be issued within 10 working days following the quality control of the package.
